About Our Olive Farm

CCOF Organic Farm

Our farm is entirely organic; we don’t use any chemicals or pesticides. We are deeply committed to preserving the natural biodiversity of our land and using it to produce our olives.

Microclimate & Soil

The unique flavor of our olives is attributed to our farm’s location—600 feet above sea level, close to the ocean, and on volcanic alluvial soil. This combination creates a distinct microclimate that enhances the quality and taste of our olives and olive oil.

Hand Harvested

We carefully hand-harvested using rakes and sticks, a traditional method that prevents bruising and is essential for preserving the quality of the fruit, ensuring the production of premium olives.

100% Natural Growth

The olive trees at California Coast Naturals do not require irrigation due to the natural rainfall in the area. The olives are allowed to grow to their natural size without the addition of extra water, preserving their concentrated flavor.

Quality Over Quantity

We remain a small, family-run operation that prioritizes quality over quantity. Every product is meticulously hand-packed, hand-stuffed, and labeled by hand, ensuring a personal touch in each jar we produce.
